The Schumacher Quartier is located in northwest Berlin, in the Reinickendorf district, in the Tegel neighborhood. It is being built largely on the site of the former Tegel Airport.

To the south, the neighborhood borders directly on Wedding. To the west, it is adjacent to the Tegeler Stadtheide and the recreational areas of Jungfernheide and Tegeler See. Thus, the Schumacher Quartier combines urban convenience with direct access to nature, the countryside, and open spaces.

Well-connected in all directions.

The Scharnweberstraße and Kurt-Schumacher-Platz subway stations on the U6 line take residents to downtown and the main train station in 20 to 25 minutes. New bus routes along Neue Meteorstraße and Kurt-Schumacher-Damm round out the transportation options. The surrounding area is easily accessible via the A111 highway.
