Team

Berlin TXL Management GmbH (formerly Tegel Projekt GmbH) is developing large parts of the former Tegel Airport on behalf of the State of Berlin. The goal is to create a forward-looking innovation park for urban technologies: the Urban Tech Republic – as well as a modern, smart residential neighborhood, the Schumacher Quartier. The company oversees all aspects of this development: urban planning, building construction, open-space design, and technical, energy, and transportation infrastructure. It also handles property and real estate management, marketing, and public relations. The company is thus committed to sustainable urban development, innovative concepts, and integrated project management, transforming the former airport site into a vibrant, future-proof location for Berlin.
